Rob Kardashian is ready to be a fit dad! The 29-year-old reality star took to Instagram late Tuesday night to share a throwback split of himself and his fiancée, Blac Chyna, prior to their weight gain.

“Oh yeah we snapping back lol,,, baby will be here in 4 weeks and I’m done with carrying this pregnancy weight,” Rob captioned the slim pics. “Me and my baby gonna be righttttttt,,, MOTIVATION TIME!! We almost there Chy FAAAAACK Chy looks so bomb here aghhhh.”

Chyna is just weeks away from welcoming the couple’s baby girl and has been vocal in the past about her own weight loss goals.

The model and TV personality recently revealed that she’s gained just over 50 pounds during her pregnancy. She is due to give birth on Nov. 16. Chyna previously told fans that she hopes to get back down to 130 pounds post-baby.

She told her followers that she plans to shed the weight using, “Strict diet/ Waist training/ Detox tea/ Working out.”

Prior to her pregnancy, Chyna vowed to get Rob in shape, training him in a series of Snapchat videos. The sole male Kardashian has struggled with his weight for the past few years, and opened up about his diabetes diagnosis on his reality series Rob & Chyna.

Fortunately, he learned that he’s “completely free of diabetes” on the first season of the couple’s show.

“That’s like the best news I’ve heard all year,” Rob declared at the time.

“What about the baby?” Chyna jokingly replied.
