ET confirms that actor DAVID SPADE collapsed yesterday at the gym. "[Spade] has been fighting severe bronchitis and a sinus infection over the past week, and was on the road for three gigs during his illness," his publicist tells us. "He is now resting at home and is mending nicely. He did have to pull out of the Critic's Choice awards tonight."
