Actress COURTNEY THORNE-SMITH of "According to Jim" fame gave birth to a son on Friday in L.A., ET confirms. The baby boy, named JACOB, weighed in at six pounds and 13 ounces and is the first child for Courtney and her husband, ROGER FISHMAN, whom married on New Year's Day of 2007.
