No Visitation for Britney

Breaking news -- ET confirms the news that BRITNEY SPEARS has not gotten back her visitation rights.

A Los Angeles court has upheld the order of January 4, which gives temporary sole legal and physical custody of her two sons to her ex KEVIN FEDERLINE. The order will be upheld until the next court date, which is February 19.

Federline testified at the hearing, and Britney had been expected to appear in court as well, but for unknown reasons she went to the court house but did not go into the courtroom, leaving only minutes after arriving. She later was spotted going into a church in the San Fernando Valley and then spending some time at a shopping center before returning home.

Five witnesses were called to the stand today -- including two LAPD cops, court appointed monitor PAMELA STRONG, parenting coach LISA HACKER and a bodyguard for K-Fed.

Federline's attorney, MARK VINCENT KAPLAN, said following the hearing that though his client thought the outcome of the hearing was appropriate, "There is no joy in it for [Kevin]." He also noted, "This is a grave situation for everybody."
