JENNIFER LOPEZ celebrated her baby-bump in high style, literally, enjoying a baby shower thrown for her atop the Gramercy Park Hotel in N.Y.C. on Saturday afternoon, People reports.

The mom-to-be, 38, and her hubby, singer MARC ANTHONY, 39, arrived at the hotel dressed to the nines and escorted by body-guards, the mag reports, for a party hosted by ELAINE GOLDSMITH-THOMAS, the producer of Jennifer's 2002 film 'Maid in Manhattan.'

The star of film and music is due in a matter of weeks, according to People, and there is speculation that she might be carrying twins. As ET previously reported, Jennifer and Marc first announced the pregnancy last November.
