ET confirms that at this time there are no plans for a public service for HEATH LEDGER.

Yesterday, it was announced that private funeral arrangements had been made, and that Heath's family were flying into New York from their native Australia. They are expected to arrive today. A spokesperson for New York's Frank E. Campbell funeral home told the Associated Press that, at the request of the family, he would not disclose any further information.

Meanwhile, MICHELLE WILLIAMS returned to New York Wednesday afternoon from Sweden, where she was filming a movie when she learned of her ex-boyfriend's death. She is currently at her Brooklyn home with their two-year-old daughter, MATILDA.
