ET confirms that a restraining order has been issued against BRITNEY SPEARS' friend and manager SAM LUTFI by her parents, JAMIE and LYNNE. Father Jamie has just been appointed Britney's conservator through Monday.

If the restraining order is petitioned, Feb. 24 is the earliest it can be revisited. Keep checking back here for more details as the story develops!
