Daniel Baldwin exits rehab, but not without repercussions.

When the fifth episode of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" airs this Thursday at 10 p.m., DANIEL BALDWIN has checked out of rehab -- and DR. DREW PINSKY is worried about his sobriety.

But then things get funky when adult film star MARY CAREY alleges that Daniel was inappropriate with her.

"He talked about how much he loves his wife … and then he asked me to send him pictures and asked about my movies," she claims.

In the show, Mary says she feels badly. She claims she didn't want to say anything, because she didn't want his wife to find out. Even so, she gets support from the group, which is made up by JEFF CONAWAY, JOANIE "CHYNA" LAURER, JAIMEE FOXWORTH, SETH "SHIFTY" BINZER [lead singer of CRAZY TOWN], JESSICA SIERRA and BRIGITTE NIELSEN.

Brigitte comments on the allegations, "You open up your heart … and then he is writing dirty messages on the phone."

The group has a very intense reaction to Mary's claim and their feelings for Daniel quickly turn to resentment. But Dr. Drew cautions, "In the real world, resentment makes addicts use."

Dr. Drew reminds the group of the good things that Daniel did during his stay with them in rehab. But it is too soon for them to want to hear what he has to say. A few days later, though, they unite and decide that no matter what it takes, no one is leaving. Will they be able to keep to that?
