Contrary to Internet rumors, film and television star SEAN HAYES will not be participating on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars," a rep for the Emmy-winning actor tells ET. Renowned for his groundbreaking role on "Will & Grace," Hayes recently shared the silver screen spotlight with JACK NICHOLSON and MORGAN FREEMAN in 'The Bucket List.'
