PAUL McCARTNEY and his estranged wife HEATHER MILLS entered a London court separately today to decide upon a divorce resolution, according to People. The pair, who wed in 2002 and separated in 2006, are fighting over a financial settlement as well as custody of their four-year-old daughter BEATRICE.

Mills is reportedly going to represent herself, which means she may be able to cross-examine McCartney. The two are hoping to reach a settlement by the end of this week.
