People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals -- aka PETA -- has just come out with their 2008 worst dressed list, putting legendary singer ARETHA FRANKLIN at number one. Also making the dubious list are rocker MARILYN MANSON, EVA LONGORIA, LINDSAY LOHAN, model KATE MOSS and KYLIE MINOGUE.

PETA's list, which normally focuses on fur-wearing celebs, this year expands to include those who also don leather and reptile skin.
