ET has learned that JACK NICHOLSON will present at this year's Oscar Awards.

Jack, a three-time Oscar winner himself, has been asked to participate in the annual event multiple times -- he and DIANE KEATON presented the award for Best Picture just last year.

Along with Jack, Hollywood's top stars are set to present Oscars -- including AMY ADAMS, JESSICA ALBA, double nominee CATE BLANCHETT, JOSH BROLIN, STEVE CARELL, GEORGE CLOONEY, PENELOPE CRUZ, teen sensation MILEY CYRUS, PATRICK DEMPSEY, CAMERON DIAZ, COLIN FARRELL, HARRISON FORD, JENNIFER GARNER, TOM HANKS, ANNE HATHAWAY, KATHERINE HEIGL, 'Superbad''s JONAH HILL, DWAYNE "THE ROCK" JOHNSON, NICOLE KIDMAN, 'Atonement''s JAMES McAVOY, QUEEN LATIFAH, SETH ROGEN, MARTIN SCORSESE, HILARY SWANK, JOHN TRAVOLTA, DENZEL WASHINGTON and RENEE ZELLWEGER.

Last year's big winners JENNIFER HUDSON, HELEN MIRREN, ALAN ARKIN and FOREST WHITAKER will also take the stage as presenters.

Amy Adams will also perform a nominated song from the hit film, 'Enchanted.'

For the second time, "The Daily Show"'s JON STEWART will host the show, airing February 24 on ABC.
