ET is there for the next chapter in the legendary star's journey.
In part two of our exclusive coverage, ET is there for FARRAH's birthday! It's a welcome break in between the pain of her cancer treatments.
"This is my best birthday ever," says Farrah, "because I'm alive."
But this party is not just another birthday -- the former "Charlie's Angels" star is in Germany in a hospital clinic, and one of her guests is her doctor.
"She's managed to keep her sense of humor and laugh about things," says good friend ALANA STEWART. "One minute she's crying and in pain, the next minute she'll be laughing. She's amazing that way."
Alana's ex-husband, GEORGE HAMILTON, and her son, SEAN, are also there to celebrate.
"You're the toughest person I ever met; I say that in all honesty," George tells Farrah.
"I wish for all birthdays for all of us for a very long time!" Farrah tells her good friends. "Thank you all for being here. I can't think of anyone, with the exception of my family joining us, that I'd rather be with."
After the party, Farrah talks to her father, JAMES, who's 91 years young. It's a poignant moment, and the phone call makes her cry.
"[Farrah's] very close to family; very involved in the process. [She] talks to her dad and RYAN [O'NEAL]. [On her] first trip in Germany, Ryan came and REDMOND (their son together) came over."
After celebrating another year of precious life, Farrah is poised to receive the latest update from her doctor to see if his special treatment -- an extremely painful process -- is working.
She wears a diamond-studded four-leaf clover given to her by DR. YACOB -- with the words "Good Luck" written in 12 different languages.
Will Farrah's news be positive, or a devastating setback? Watch tonight's ET for more...
