ET has the latest...

According to People, BRITNEY SPEARS' friend SAM LUTFI was served Thursday morning with the temporary restraining order asked for three weeks ago by her co-conservators, her father, JAMIE, and attorney, ANDREW WALLET.

According to the mag, the restraining order states that Lutfi is not allowed to get within 250 yards of the troubled pop star, her house or her family's homes.
