Aaron Carter pulled over in Texas.

AARON CARTER, little brother of former Backstreet boy NICK CARTER, is currently serving jail time after being taken into custody in Kimble County, Texas.

Sheriff MIKE CHAPMAN tells ET that Carter was pulled over for speeding. Officers searched his vehicle and found a "usable amount of marijuana."

Carter is being charged with a misdemeanor (under Texas law a misdemeanor charge includes up to 2 ounces of marijuana) and will reportedly be in court Friday morning, where his bail will be set.
