In new court papers obtained by ET, the L.A. Superior Court charged actress MISCHA BARTON on Tuesday with multiple misdemeanor counts stemming from an alleged drunken driving incident last December.
Barton, 22, faces one count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; one count of driving while having a 0.08% or higher blood alcohol level; one count of driving without a valid California license; and one count of possession of marijuana, 28.5 grams or less.
Barton is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, Feb. 28, a police rep tells ET.
As we previously reported, the actress was pulled over and arrested on suspicion of DUI last December after allegedly straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal when making a turn. Mischa later spoke out about the incident.
