ET has the latest...

Five days after undergoing surgery, supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL, 37, has left a Brazilian hospital, according to Reuters. "The patient has recovered well from her surgery," the hospital said in a statement.

Although Campbell's spokesperson said she was treated for a cyst, her doctor would not comment on her condition.
