"Shark" star JERI RYAN and her husband, French chef CHRISTOPHE EME, welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named GISELE EME, on Sunday, according to People.
The couple's daughter was born in Los Angeles and weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces. "Both parents are thrilled," Ryan's rep told the magazine. "Jeri is resting comfortably and Christophe is playing the part of proud new papa quite well."
Ryan, 40, has a 13-year-old son from a previous relationship.
Meanwhile, ET can confirm that actress PAULA MARSHALL will temporarily replace Ryan on the CBS drama while the new mom takes maternity leave. Marshall is set to appear in at least three of the season's final four episodes.
