PARIS HILTON will guest-star as herself when "My Name is Earl" returns to the airwaves with the show's first original episode since the writers strike ended, NBC announced Tuesday.
During the one-hour episode, airing April 3, Earl (JASON LEE) becomes unconscious and various things from his real life begin to bleed into his unconscious mind -- with Paris being one of those things in his fevered mind.
"When we wrote the role of Paris Hilton in the script, we weren't exactly sure who to go with for the role. But after an exhausting search we finally settled on a relatively unknown actress by the name of Paris Hilton," said GREG GARCIA, the series' creator and executive producer. "I can't wait to see what she does with the role and I can't wait for America to discover her."
Meanwhile, Paris, who was most recently seen in the movie 'The Hottie and the Nottie,' just finished shooting the feature 'Repo: The Genetic Opera.'
