Jerry Springer, David Hasselhoff, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan weigh in on the upcoming season of "America's Got Talent."

JERRY SPRINGER returns for his second season as host of "America's Got Talent," and only ET is behind the scenes for the show's auditions in Atlanta.
"America's Got Talent" showcases a wide variety of hopeful stars. At the Atlanta auditions, there's a woman who twirls hula hoops, a guy who makes animal noises and a woman who plays the banjo behind her head.
"Some of the people that come by, you do ask, what were you thinking?" Jerry says. "I mean most of them know they're not going to win the million dollars."
The panel of celebrity judges includes actor/singer DAVID HASSELHOFF, U.K. TV personality PIERS MORGAN and the queen of rock 'n' roll management SHARON OSBOURNE.
"The audience is quite vocal,"David tells ET. "They're kind of like the fourth judge. Today we had to change the vote around because they rioted."
"He loves to bait me," says Sharon of Piers."Last season, I let him. He puts out these little baits and I would go for them each time."
"Sharon is a little bit like her dog Minnie -- small and ferocious.," Piers shares. "You are never quite sure how far you can rattle the cage."
While the judges tease each other, it is all for the show, according to Jerry. "America's Got Talent" will return to NBC for its third season this summer. "It really is the all-American show," he summarizes.
