Superstar MADONNA will be inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame today in New York City and JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, who collaborated with the musicmaker on her upcoming album Hard Candy, will do the honors. IGGY POP and his band THE STOOGES will sing on her behalf.

In addition to the Material Mom, JOHN MELLENCAMP, LEONARD COHEN, THE DAVE CLARK FIVE and THE VENTURES will also be inducted today.

In order to be eligible for the Hall of Fame, it must be 25 years since the release of their first single or album. The Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame museum is located in Cleveland, OH.
