PARIS HILTON announced in L.A. Thursday her plans for a new MTV reality show -- and ET was there! The show, "Paris' BFF," will profile the Hilton heiress' hunt for a new best friend, with 20 girls and guys competing to take over the title that "Simple Life" co-star NICOLE RICHIE once held.
