Denise Richards Reverts to Legal Maiden Name

The former Mrs. Sheen is now Ms. Richards again.

According to new court papers obtained by ET, DENISE RICHARDS has successfully petitioned a Los Angeles court to officially change her legal name.

After her marriage to actor CHARLIE SHEEN, the actress took "Sheen" as her legal last name. Despite their divorce in November of 2006, according to the papers, her name wasn't officially changed back to "Richards" until March 21, 2008.
