More than 1800 couples submitted tapes and entered a Sony Sweepstakes to say "I do" on the glamorous red carpet at the April 28th 'Made of Honor' premiere in New York City -- and now, after more than 12,000 votes, Patrick and his 'Made of Honor' co-star MICHELLE MONAGHAN announce the winning couple!
