Spring is here and love is in the air!

ABC has confirmed that "Third Watch" hottie EDDIE CIBRIAN will guest star on "Ugly Betty" as the new love interest for Hilda -- Betty's sister -- played by ANA ORTIZ.

Ana, of course, was supposed to marry the father of her son, Justin (MARK INDELICATO), but the wedding never happened due to a tragedy. Santos (KEVIN ALEJANDRO) was shot and killed at a convenience store on the eve of the big event. So her relationship with Cibrian's character will be her first love interest since Santos' death.
