Is the JAY-Z/BEYONCÉ wedding minutes away?

Celebrity guests appear to be arriving at Jay-Z's Tribeca residence, wave after wave -- with the paparazzi clamoring for shots! Rumored guests include star couple GWYNETH PALTROW and CHRIS MARTIN, not to mention Beyonce's married lil' sis, SOLANGE, and dad MATTHEW KNOWLES, arriving in a Jaguar.

Earlier, ET's sources spied someone who looked like Jay-Z going into his residence through the garage in a black Cadillac Escalade -- dressed up and holding a white cloth over his face!

Even earlier, a neighbor named HL told our sources that he was aware of the wedding, and that preparations have been going on since Tuesday. He added that he has seen Jay-Z and Beyoncé a few times since they moved in a week ago and they are very respectful neighbors.

On the decor front, our sources have also learned that more than 60,000 flowers will make it to the wedding from Thailand, custom designed!
