The actress will reportedly make a plea deal.
MISCHA BARTON, who was arrested on suspicion of DUI on December 27, 2007, will make a plea deal, a source tells People magazine.
According to the source, the former star of "The O.C." will not have to serve any time in jail as a term of the agreement.
The mag reports that, according to their source, Barton is expected to plead no contest to the DUI charge with the following penalties: probation for three years, a fine of $1,700 and participation in an alcohol education class. In exchange, a charge of pot possession will be dropped and a charge of driving without a license will be reduced.
