Photo op: Newly married JAY-Z -- sans wedding ring -- back to work and rocking the house in Atlanta on Tuesday during his tour with fellow entertainer MARY J. BLIGE. Meanwhile, People is reporting that Jay-Z's lovely bride, BEYONCÉ, was spotted at the concert sporting a large diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger.

Beyoncé was seen wearing a short black dress and big hoop earrings while sitting in the VIP section with pal USHER.
