JESSICA SIMPSON is delighted by the news of her sister ASHLEE's engagement to PETE WENTZ, People reports.

"My sister is overflowing with joy," Jessica told the mag. "Pete is an incredible soul. They naturally bring out the best in each other. I couldn't be happier."
