ET has your "Survivor" scoop!
JASON, the fan who admired favorite OZZY, got the chance to follow in his hero's footsteps on Thursday night's "Survivor," as he become the second consecutive contestant holding the immunity idol to get eliminated by duplicitous competitors.
The episode opened with the tribemates reeling from the effects of Ozzy's surprising exit. AMANDA was upset that PARVATI went behind her back to vote off her main squeeze, while JAMES was offended that Parvati had not only broken their alliance, but had seemingly dashed any future romantic hopes between the pair.
Parvati apologized to James, but he wasn't buying it, replying, "No, sorry is not what you mean; Ha ha is what you mean." When he asked who she was planning to bring with her to the finals, she replied, "Girls."
After their tête-à-tête, James told the camera in frustration, "Her pulling that just showed me who she is really is. ... I just can't stand it."
Likewise, Parvati cozied up to Amanda with an apology, and Amanda played nice, but told the camera after their conversation, "I don't want Parvati to know I'm mad at her because she's pretty much running the game right now."
This season's first auction came up shortly thereafter -- each contestant was given $500 to bid on disguised and undisguised items. CIRIE ended up paying $120 for a hot dog platter, ERIK paid $80 for nachos, and Amanda won a bidding war, paying over $200 for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. In a curve ball move, NATALIE was able to send one competitor to Exile Island (where the immunity idol had been re-hidden) and take all their money. In a somewhat surprising move, she chose to send JASON, arguably one of the strongest competitors left.
Of course, once on Exile, Jason found the hidden idol. Back at camp, Natalie was ruing her choice, saying to the camera of Jason, "The little bitch now has two days of sunshine with the immunity idol."
Next up was the immunity challenge, which involved breaking tiles, digging for a key, putting together a puzzle, and climbing over an obstacle course. It was Erik's birthday, and he didn't want to go home on his birthday. James put up a good fight, but Erik ended up the victor, which played perfectly into the girls' plan, as they had already decided to blindside Jason.
After the tribe got back to camp, Parvati told the camera of the women: "It's like the black widow brigade. ... We're devouring them, one at a time."
Natalie rifled through Jason's belongings to see if he had the immunity idol while her tribemates looked on. Natalie, who said she was in "I will get you mode," to the camera, found the idol in his bag, and walked down the beach with Jason for a private conversation. She told him that she had sent him to Exile Island on purpose so that he could find the idol, and that he shouldn't play it tonight because they were planning to send James home.
Jason replied to Natalie (who voted to keep him in the competition the week before), "Thank you for keeping your word, it means a lot to me and you have mine."
Natalie, meanwhile, told the camera she was planning to floss her teeth with the jugular of her competitors, going on to say that she was "a pretty stone cold bitch ... and I have a smile on my face ... sorry about that."
At Tribal Council, Jason played right into the hands of his competitors, failing to play his immunity idol. Like Ozzy, who went home only days before, the idol failed to protect him, and he was voted off.
Host JEFF PROBST addressed the remaining tribemates, saying, "Anyone who still feels safe is a fool."
