ALYSSA MILANO is going from "Charmed" witch to overwhelmed thirtysomething! According to The Hollywood Reporter, the TV vet is in talks to star in a new ABC comedy about a woman who tries to escape her dysfunctional family and overbearing friends.

Milano currently has a recurring role on the NBC comedy "My Name is Earl."
