ET's MARK STEINES was exclusively in Las Vegas with OPRAH WINFREY, who confirmed that TOM CRUISE will be the subject of an exclusive two-part interview on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" this May.
In part one, Oprah will visit Tom in his home in Telluride, CO, where they will discuss his "his family, life and the future." It will air on Friday, May 2.
"I thought it was a wonderful conversation with Tom," Lady O tells Mark. "We talked about everything. Everything. I had a great time with him. That's on Friday's show. Then we're celebrating 25 years of him in the business."
It's the first time that Tom has gone on the record with Oprah since his headline-making visit, featuring the couch jumping incident back in May 2005.
The 25-year celebration will take place on Monday, May 5, when Tom joins Oprah in her studio. The hour-long show will also feature taped messages from his friends and colleagues, talking about his impact on cinema.
