Boston police tell ET that they arrested a man in April who "had an unhealthy interest in" actress KATE HUDSON.

A spokesperson for the Boston police said, "NEIL BERGMAN was arrested for breaking and entering on April 23rd. After being arrested, he made statements to the arresting officer indicating that Mr. Bergman had an unhealthy interest in Kate Hudson. The Boston Police alerted Mrs. Hudson's security."

Kate Hudson was in Boston in April, shooting a new movie, 'Bride Wars' with ANNE HATHAWAY.
