JORDIN SPARKS sits down with ET's KEVIN FRAZIER to get the real story behind her throat condition, which forced the "American Idol" winner to cancel some shows recently and sparked rumors that it could end her career.

Putting those stories to rest the 18-year-old is back on tour opening for ALICIA KEYS!

Meanwhile, her self-titled album, which has spawned two top ten singles -- "Tattoo" and "No Air" featuring CHRIS BROWN -- is in stores now.
