MTV signs Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port and Audrina Patridge for 19 more episodes of their hit series.

MTV has renewed "The Hills" for a fourth season, it is reported today by Usmagazine.com. The new season will premiere in August.

"They just started shooting," an insider told the magazine exclusively. "The fourth season will be about what they ended up doing this summer. LAUREN [CONRAD] and WHITNEY [PORT] will still be working at [the public relations firm] People's Revolution."

The third season finale of "The Hills" will air on Monday, May 12 with a pre- and post-show bash, featuring performances by USHER and YOUNG JEEZY .
