Susan (TERI HATCHER) finally meets Mike's mother, Adele Delfino (guest star CELIA WESTON), and discovers that she may just be a mother-in-law from hell, when Adele presents her with a book chockful of Mike's favorite recipes -- and threatens to teach Susan, who can't boil water -- how to make each and every one.

Also on Sunday night's episode, Carlos (RICARDO CHAVIRA) and Gaby (EVA LONGORIA PARKER) discover that their new boarder, Ellie (JUSTINE BATEMAN), is hiding something; and the battle is on between Bree (MARCIA CROSS) and Edie (NICOLLETTE SHERIDAN) now that Bree's husband Orson (KYLE MacLACHLAN) is living in Edie's house.
