After weeks of making headlines, BARBARA WALTERS' memoir Audition has debuted at No. 1 with more than 250,000 copies sold since it hit stores on May 6 and one million already in print.

Audition will officially debut Thursday as the No. 1 book in the country on USA Today's bestseller list.
