New Details: Rob Lowe Nanny Case

The actor's legal team fights his former nanny's countersuit.

ET confirms that ROB LOWE's legal team filed two new documents with the Santa Barbara Superior Court on Wednesday: a Notice of Demur and a memorandum.

The docs are in response to former nanny JESSICA GIBSON's countersuit against Rob and wife SHERYL. They contend that part of Gibson's complaint is incorrect, and the Lowes request a trial to address this matter.
