PARIS HILTON and her sister NICKY offered congratulations to their newlywed pals ASHLEE SIMPSON and PETE WENTZ when they stepped out for a good cause Saturday night in Los Angeles.

In addition to Paris and Nicky, LARRY KING, TOM ARNOLD and "The Insider"'s PAT O'BRIEN were also on hand Saturday night for "Sober Day USA 2008," the event benefiting the BRENT SHAPIRO Foundation, which was created to raise awareness about chemical dependence through education.
