PENELOPE CRUZ is in Cannes to debut her first collaboration with Oscar-winning director WOODY ALLEN, 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona,' and she's talking to ET about making the film.
"I'm such a big fan of Woody Allen's movies," Penelope tells ET, continuing, "I couldn't believe it when they called me to be a part of this."
The Oscar-nominated actress says that there are "no rehearsals" in one of Woody's films, and that he "only does two takes," but says, "It's fun because that's his way of working."
The film follows a Spanish painter (JAVIER BARDEM) who is variously involved with two American women (SCARLETT JOHANSSON and REBECCA HALL) and his ex-wife (Cruz) and also co-stars PATRICIA CLARKSON.
