ET has learned exclusively that SARAH JESSICA PARKER will be a presenter at this year's MTV Movie Awards, airing live on Sunday, June 1.

Parker joins ROBERT DOWNEY JR., STEVE CARELL, JACK BLACK, LINDSAY LOHAN, MARK WAHLBERG, SETH ROGEN, MEGAN FOX, JENNIFER HUDSON, ANNE HATHAWAY, JAMES FRANCO, RUMER WILLIS, BRENDAN FRASER and DANNY McBRIDE, who will also be on hand for the annual ceremony, which takes a lighter look at the movie awards season with film in such categories as "Best Fight" and "Best Kiss."

MIKE MYERS will host. Nominations were announced earlier this month, with 'Superbad' and 'Juno' leading the pack with four noms each.
