No caffeine? Check! No meat? Check! No red wine? Check! These are just a few of OPRAH's favorite things that she's decided to give up for a 21-day detox she and three of her friends at Harpo are undergoing, according to her blog.

Oprah and her pals began the three-week plan, inspired by KATHY FRESTON's book Quantum Wellness, on Sunday and she's documenting the experience every step of the way.

"Wow, wow, wow! I never imagined meatless meals could be so satisfying." she wrote. "I had been focused on what I had to give up --- sugar, gluten, alcohol, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese. 'What's left?' I thought. Apparently a lot. I can honestly say every meal was a surprise and a delight, beginning with breakfast --- strawberry rhubarb wheat-free crepes."

The vegan menu was created by Freston's own chef TAL RONNEN and includes things like a tofu scramble; steel-cut oatmeal with raisins, walnuts and agave nectar; artichoke and oyster mushroom Rockefeller; and roasted tomato, grilled onion and sweet garlic aioli quesadillas with jicama slaw.
