ET has learned that DWAYNE JOHNSON and his wife, DANY, have finalized their divorce. See the legal papers HERE.

In the papers, the couple agrees to share custody of their 7-year-old daughter, SIMONE, and although Dwayne will pay more than $22,000 a month in child support, both parties agreed to waive their right to alimony. They also both pledge to pay $5,000 a month into a trust fund for Simone's education and other living expenses.

Dwayne and Dany wed in May of 1997 and were married for 10 years. Last year in June they announced their split and said in a statement, "We've been fortunate enough to spend the last 17 years together as a couple and look forward to spending the rest our lives together as best friends and business partners."

Johnson first gained fame as a pro wrestler and went on to star in action flicks like 'The Scorpion King' and 'The Game Plan.' He's currently filming the next chapter in Disney's 'Witch Mountain' series, 'Race to Witch Mountain.'
