New on the tube!

'Titanic' baddie BILLY ZANE will take a turn as one of the good guys in "Finnegan," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

He will play opposite "The West Wing" alum TERI POLO, who stars as the title character.

The new ABC drama will focus on the organized crime/vice unit in Los Angeles. Teri will play the lead detective to Billy's Deputy District Attorney.
