ED McMAHON is facing foreclosure on his Beverly Hills home, and ET has obtained court papers related to the foreclosure filing.
According to the papers, the TV veteran was approximately $643,597
behind on $4.8 million in mortgage loans on his house as of February 28
of this year. The home is located in the same gated community where BRITNEY SPEARS lives.
McMahon's spokesperson told the Associated Press that the former "Star Search" host is in "very fruitful discussions" with a lender to resolve the problem.
McMahon and his wife PAMELA have been trying to sell the hilltop home for two years. It's currently listed for $6.25 million.
