Can "The Hills" man find his match?

PARIS HILTON isn't the only reality star looking for a new BFF on MTV. "The Hills"' BRODY JENNER wants "Bromance" -- and he'll get six episodes of it on the bedrock music channel, according to Daily Variety.

The series will chronicle Jenner's hunt for a new best bro as he auditions a pack of potential pals for the prized platonic part that once belonged to SPENCER PRATT. Contestants will square off in contests while contriving ways to corner LAUREN CONRAD's ex for valuable one-on-one time, Variety reports.

"I thought [the idea] was funny, and we recently lost a member of the entourage, so I thought we'd have fun with it," Jenner told the trade paper.

To capture Jenner's heart, the wannabe bros will have to -- among other challenges -- prove their worth as wingmen and remain composed in the thick of paparazzi pile-ups.

Meanwhile, they'll test each other's patience living together in a bachelor pad, and each week one will suffer the indignity of a "hot tub elimination," by which they'll be sent packing in their swim trunks, sopping wet.

According to Variety, the winner of the competition will receive a coveted invite into Jenner's pack of playboys.

RYAN SEACREST's production company is behind the show, and the "Idol" host said that "Bromance" is based on the "man date" craze depicted in movies like 'Superbad' and 'Knocked Up.'

"I can speak from experience. Girls can come and go, but a 'bromance' can last forever," Seacrest said.
