TV star Jasmine Guy filed for divorce from her husband of almost 10 years back in April and now he's filed papers of his own.

The former star of the "Cosby Show" spin-off, "A Different World," and her estranged husband Terrence Duckett have a nine-year-old daughter together and Duckett has now filed court papers seeking joint custody of their daughter.

Meanwhile, in Jasmine's detailed divorce papers, she asks that the court award her numerous items as separate property. Included on the list is her wedding ring, a Rolex watch, her leased 2006 Lexus GX470, two Mac computers, four DVD players, three televisions, numerous items of furniture, three Persian rugs, five plastic storage drawers, a baby Grand piano, a toaster, a juicer, two microwaves and much more.

Jasmine has recently appeared on the small screen on Showtime's "Dead Like Me."
