ET confirms that Madonna and Britney Spears are set to sing together again! The headline-making entertainers are to tape a performance that will be shown at the Material Girl's "Sticky & Sweet" tour, kicking off August 23 in Cardiff, Wales.

The pop star duo famously appeared together, alongside Christina Aguilera, at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2005 where the twosome shared an onstage kiss.
