ET is with "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane as he addresses the rumors that his co-star Katherine Heigl's character may be written off the hit ABC show.
He also talks about Heigl's controversial Emmy comments, saying "she's entitled to her own choices and she makes her own decisions" but adding that he has a "great working relationship" with the actress.
Meanwhile, ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson tells ET:
"She is a fantastically talented actress ... she is absolutely staying with the show. There is an unbelievable storyline for her this year. We are excited about that. [Creator] Shonda [Rhimes] is excited about that."
