ET breaks the news that Alison Sweeney, soap star and host of "The Biggest Loser," is having a baby girl, and that the bundle of joy will be arriving sometime in January!
"I am feeling fantastic," Ali tells ET. "I have moments of extreme morning sickness, but I get through it. Hopefully, I will be past it soon."
That said, the host of "The Biggest Loser" is continuing her workouts, and she has gotten advice from the show's trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels.
"Bob and Jillian gave me all sorts of good advice as to what to do and what to watch for," she shares. "I am in good hands. You have to make sure your heart rate doesn't spike and that your body temperature doesn't heat up. Those kinds of things you should look out for."
Even though Ali and her husband Dave Sanov know the baby is a girl, they haven't picked out a name yet. "It is a battle we are waging," she jokes.
The baby will make the second child for the couple, who are the parents of three-year-old Ben.
"He knows I am pregnant. I showed him pictures of the ultra sound," Ali says of her son.
The new season of "The Biggest Loser" will air this fall on NBC.
